How does my insurance work?
Auto glass replacements are usually covered by the comprehensive portion of your insurance. Most comprehensive insurance has some sort of deductible associated with it that you are responsible for paying. If you are going to use your insurance for your auto glass replacement, we will handle all of the paperwork for you. The following steps are required to use your insurance.

  1. Call Intermountain Auto Glass for an appointment
  2. Call your agent to verify your insurance coverage is in good standing and inform your agent that you want Intermountain Auto Glass to replace your windshield.
  3. Depending on the insurance company, you may be given a claim number or a reference number. Please call us with this information as it will aid in processing the claim.
  4. Upon replacement of your windshield, we will complete all of the necessary paperwork required by your insurance company and process the claim for you.

What if I do not have insurance?
No insurance is no problem. Our prices are very competitive. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

What kind of windshield will I get?
Intermountain Auto Glass uses only quality OEM products for auto glass replacements. There are many different types of windshields on the market, and in our opinion they are definitely not equal in quality. We purchase all of our windshields from Pilkington-Libbey-Owens-Ford and PPG Autoglass, the two largest producers of auto glass in the world. For windshields that are installed with urethane, we only use ESSEX urethanes. Essex urethanes are the factory standard for windshield installations and all of our technicians have been certified by the Essex corporation on the proper use of their urethanes.
